Paul M. Corson received his bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and attended graduate school at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School where he was on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. During law school, Paul was an extern for the Hon. Richard L. Fruin of the Los Angeles Superior Court and was a pro bono intern at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF).
Since graduating from law school Paul has focused on the defense of physicians, hospitals and allied health care professionals against claims of professional negligence, intentional torts and related claims. Paul has defended complex, multi-district matters, such as claims arising from epidural injections of contaminated medications, PODs and medical device and implant litigation. He handles all aspects of lawsuits, from initial discovery, through trial and appeal.
Paul, who was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He is licensed to practice law in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
