Unzueta v. White Memorial Medical Center, et al. – Los Angeles Superior Court (Central), Judge Andrew Mohr. Mr. Packer and Mr. Corson represented an anesthesiologist who performed an epidural for labor and delivery. After delivery, plaintiff manifested a right foot drop, which was considered permanent. Plaintiff alleged foot drop was caused by application of two epidurals. 20-day jury trial resulted in Defense Verdict.
